Someone once told me, 'If you think positive, you will get positive results'. I have strong faith in positive thinking. It is not so that you need to compel yourself to think positive but it is about developing a positive outlook.
The best way to positive thinking is to employ ‘logic’. This can again be complemented with intuition to get positive thinking. Always believe in yourself. What I have experienced from life is that, if you’re a sensible person with clear ideas neither can you be influenced nor can you be moved by any compulsion.
Negative ideas crop up when situations aggravate. I can also say the other way; situations are aggravated by negative ideas. It is foolish to narrate to you the points that help develop positive attitude as I believe if the realization to think positive come from within, points and counseling never help.
I can help you with one interesting idea. Everyday when you think negative or get influenced by negative ideas or thoughts scribble down anywhere. Say, if your negative thoughts are regarding a situation then wait for sometime. After some days when the situation becomes stable, at least in comparison to the previous, open that notebook where you scribbled your ideas. I bet you will smile saying, “I was just too much”.
Positive ideas help to lead a happy life. They help in watering our hopes and aspirations. Positive thinking is not escaping from reality but it is the positive approach to encounter it with strong willpower and self-confidence.
We always need to remember that:
We least have someone to worry about us, we have a pen to write our feelings, we have an alternative to our present situations, BUT there are friends who………..so please think positive, as it is the only curative without any side effects.
